Have you ever purchased rings that are slightly too big and never gotten around to getting them re-sized? Perhaps you purchased rings when your fingers were swollen, and now they don’t quite fit? Or perhaps you’re like me – have small fingers, and it’s hard to find rings that are the small enough.
Here’s a little cheater-tip for making rings that are slightly too big fit more comfortably.
Here are 3 of my favorite rings, all slightly too big – big enough to flop over from side to side, and risk coming off my finger if I wave my hand:
Here’s all you need: a small ring or band that DOES fit well – even snuggly would be great. I have a few of these rhinestone bands laying around for just that purpose:
All you have to do is:
1.) Put your big ring on.
2.) Then put your snug ring on.
THAT’s IT! The smaller, snug ring, will keep the larger ring in place, keep it from sliding around or flopping from side to side.
Here are the 3 rings from the first picture, now with a smaller snuggy-ring holding them in place. Non-obstructive, and in the last picture, it actually adds some visual interest when stacking thin rings together. It’s actually much more comfortable, now that the big ring isn’t flopping around!

Stack ’em ON!
PS – I’m TOTALLY BANANAS over rings!
