You know that feeling when you have a closet full of stuff and you STILL have nothing to wear? That’s how I felt, so I decided to head over to June, a resale boutique in Uptown Minneapolis to get INSPIRED. There’s so much fun fall fashion out right now, and there’s no reason a girl should feel the least bit stifled!

If you read my last post, you know that Oscar Stuttgen from Stuttgen Studios shot the photos for this series! We’ve fast become besties over long conversations about EVERYTHING, including our wardrobe issues. For instance, I mentioned that it took me 45 minutes to settle on the right outfit to wear, and he says to me,

OMG – ME TOO! Gotta look cute before you leave the house, right?

Oh Oscar. You TOTALLY GET ME. TOTALLY.

3.) Every Girl Needs something “proper!”

And when I say “proper,” I mean, something a little more conservative than what I typically reach for in my own closet. My style is a little rock ‘n roll, a little glam, with a pinch of wild west cowgirl, a dollop of comfy casual and a healthy dose of boho. Conservative and proper aren’t really in my wheel house, but there are occasions that call for it, and EVERY girl needs to be prepared for all occasions.

Luckily this boucle dress by Tory Burch has just the right amount of “proper,” and enough cool details to satisfy a girl like me!

This small Louis Vuitton classic monogram purse – classic and proper, yet the statement is BAM. That’s the kind of statement I LOVE.
